Default Make Righteous Judgments because we are commanded too

“Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour” (Lev. 19:15).

“Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment” (John 7:24).

“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine” (Matt. 7:6);

“Beware of false prophets. … Ye shall know them by their fruits” (Matt. 7:15–16)

“For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again” (Matt. 7:2)

We Should not make final judgments, and we should try to see the whole story, and walk in each other shoes. But we must make judgments.
