There seem to be serious problems with the way this legislation is worded, and the way it was thought through, HOWEVER, there is such a thing as unjustice and harassment of homosexuals, and there is NO EXCUSE (religious or otherwise) for such injustice and harassment.
That a law would try to deal with one problem, while creating other problems or being muddle-headed, is unfortunately quite common.
